Reiki Training

Reiki Level I and II courses offered by Reiki Master Teacher, Rachel Wesley.  Courses are two days normally held over weekends and have a maximum group size of 8 people.  Course cost of £80 includes post-course support, comprehensive manual, post-qualification certificate.

Assertiveness/Anger management/Stress management/Mediation skills

One day courses offered to individuals who wish to understand their behaviour and develop more effective life skills and coping strategies in the above areas to improve well-being, self-esteem and relationships with others.  Group size maximum of 8.  Courses cost £45 including comprehensive manual and post-qualification certificate.

Trainer biography / venue  

Rachel Wesley is a qualified human resource specialist, counsellor and Reiki Master who works both privately and in the NHS.  Rachel's courses are held from convenient facilities in Bolton, North Manchester at a venue that offers ability impaired access.
