Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage (or Traditional Thai Massage) is a flowing and
dynamic style of massage and ancient healing system. It is applied through clothes on a futon mat and by working on energy lines using palms, fingers and thumbs, whilst moving the body through a sequence of
gentle yoga based stretches.
Blockages in the energy line system cause aches, pain and ill health. Thai Yoga Massage releases blocked energy and promotes the body's own natural healing power,
restoring health, vitality and well being. TYM is designed to treat the whole person, however specific ailments, such as headaches, stress, circulatory and digestive problems can be improved and discomfort lessened.
Above all, treatments give a deep sense of relaxtion, well-being and calm.

Thai Massage - An Introduction
Thai massage is an ancient healing art thought to have traveled from India to Thailand some 2500 years ago, developing into the system used in Thailand today. Massage in Pregnancy and Postnatally
Massage is one of the oldest and simplest of the healing arts and during pregnancy massage can safely, comfortably, and effectively relieve stress, whether it is physical, emotional, and/or psychological in origin.
With so many women returning to more holistic health choices and birthing practices, the use of massage to treat the discomforts of pregnancy is a natural response. Massage is a wonderful way to take charge of your pregnancy, and feel good about yourself...
