The body identifies pain by sending a signal to the brain to alert us of any irregularity in our body. This signal is then interpreted by the brain, which in turn sends out an alert. This alert is what we can identify as Pain. Understanding pain will help us deal with the situation in an intelligent manner.

Treating Headaches Naturally
