Colour Therapy
Colour therapy, sometimes called Chromotherapy or colourology, is an alternative medicine method. The therapist trained in chromotherapy can use colour and light to balance energy wherever our bodies are lacking, be it physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental. The therapist uses colours to stimulate or relax the nervous system to affect the body''s temperature, perception of time, concentration, memory and generalsense of well-being.
