Indian Head Massage Fife

Find a Therapist:

Indian Head Massage has its roots in the ancient system of medicine known as Ayurveda (Circa 1800 BC) which was developed in the Himalayan region of the Indian subcontinent by Rishis, holy wise men.

A fast and effective technique for de-stressing and calming. The client may fall asleep or 'drift off' during treatment providing often much needed 'time out'.

It induces a sense of calmness, peace and tranquility thereby releasing anxiety. This can promote clarity of thought, dissipate mental fatigue, irritability, edginess, depression, anxiety, and stress in general. It can ease tight muscles, release shoulders, thus improving posture and much more.
