Hair Mineral Analysis East Sussex
Hair Mineral Analysis (HMA) is a simple way of checking your body's
mineral levels - using a small hair sample to check that your body has the minerals you need - and in the right quantities.
Taking mineral supplements without knowing this can be wasteful and may
contribute to future imbalances because if you don't know your body's mineral levels, you won't know your body's needs.
The analysis will also check for the presence of toxic minerals such as lead,
mercury and cadmium that may be causing problems such as depression, headaches, infertility, loss of energy and many more.
Hair is ideal for mineral testing. Unlike blood, it can be sampled easily and is
simple to transport.
