This course is aimed at those who have little or no psychic experience, but who consider themselves to be spiritually orientated.
It will be informative and empowering, deeply affecting the way you feel in your body as your soul energy is permitted to combine with your mental, physical and emotional creativity.
I deliver each session in non-flowery terminology, and will combine my own substantial experience with wisdom as old as Time itself.
The course covers four major areas of psychic development at an introductory level, which will nevertheless enable you to hold your own power and be aware of the power of others. It looks quite deeply into our blockages and helps us to identify our hopes and clarify our dreams. It isn’t a cure-all for everything that is not right in our world, but it will be helpful in developing insight around our issues, and those of others who participate in our lives.
Combining this with the process of your own particular life journey should be inspiring and liberating at the same time, as this course will equip you with a strong framework for moving in the higher energies of 2012 and beyond.
I’ll provide a safe spiritual space for you to work with higher frequencies and explore your own inner power.

Course Aims
In part 1, Psychic Protection: Why, How, When, I will teach you about:
· The meaning of your personal energy system
· The aura and its functions
· How to protect your aura from outside influences
· The importance of grounding
We will practice grounding and aura awareness using sensory props in short meditations, with ambient music. There will follow a Sound Therapy chakra clearing meditation for the base chakra, which will enable you to release ancestral issues that are inhibiting your progress in your life’s journey.
In part 2, Self Love: Compassion Starts Here, we will engage with:
· The roles of the heart and solar plexus chakras
· A meditation to identify the self worth issues
· Sound Therapy to heal the heart
Although sharing is allowed within the group, there will be ample opportunity to reflect and release privately before and when meditating, within the safety of the session.
In part 3, Living in the Light: I Surrender, we will cover:
· The role of the solar plexus chakra
· A meditation to examine your options
· Sound Therapy to heal your safety issues
In part 4, The Way Forward: Recognising False Heroes (and avoiding them!) we will discuss:
· How we give away our power through hero worship
· The consequences of this
· Why we buy into false hero concepts
· Sound Therapy to heal your self worth issues
Course Framework
The course will be held once a month on the second Friday at 18.30 for an 18.45 start and will last approximately 2.5 hours. The only exception is the final date which will be 18th May.

If You Miss a Session
I can offer personal sessions for £100 on Skype, or £150 for a face-to-face meeting. These charges are in addition to the course fee.
