I offer psychotherapy/counselling and courses in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in Bath and Bristol areas. I am an integrative therapist. I draw on the wisdom of the many different approaches I've studied, trained in and worked with over the years. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) are central to my approach. I specialize in low mood, depression and components of depression such as anxiety, anxiety related problems, stress, anger, low self esteem and insomnia. I also can help you manage relationship issues and other problems we all encounter from time-to-time in our lives. My other area of specialism is helping alleviate Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) by an effective method using hypnotherapy, CBT and brief psychodynamic therapy.
