Empathy in Therapy includes listening to clients, understanding them and their concerns and communicating this understanding to them in such a way that they might understand themselves more fully.
PHILOSOPHY
I see the clients world as if I were looking through their eyes. Temporarily "stepping into their shoes". My Person Centred Transpersonal approach, shows individuals that they have all the answers within themselves. I may use Dream Work, Guided Imagery. and Jurnal Therapy, among other techniques.

ON-LINE THERAPY
By working on-line with the echange of emails it allows you to get your feelings down and sent to me exactly when you need to. There is no waiting for a weekly appointment or suffering overnight untill you can call the next day. I will answer emails within 24hrs and unlike other on-line services there is no limit to the words you can send to me in each email message.
Usually between one and five sessions is enough, but there some issues may need a longer term.
