The BodyTalk System™: How much do you value your own communications system?
Most of us expect to update our software, hardware, internet connections or mobile phone to keep up with the speed of life. We have our computer checked to get rid of any glitches and improve its function. We do these things so that our lives are easier and run more smoothly. We have learned that when a communication system breaks down we feel frustrated and are unable to convey or receive the information we need.
You cannot up date your own body. However, you can update its communication system! BodyTalk offers a safe, simple way to improve your brain function, clarity of thinking, overall health and well-being. That’s because your body is actually an amazing state of the art communications system. It can be balanced and synchronized in order that you may live life to the fullest. When your body’s communication systems are weakened you may experience distress, headaches, back pain and other symptoms. You may sleep poorly, experience eating disorders, indigestion, allergies or chronic fatigue. You may suffer from frequent infections or feel you have emotional blocks holding you back. You may experience disturbance in your thinking or other functions.
The BodyTalk System™ was developed in 1995 by Dr. John Veltheim based on his background in both traditional Western and Chinese medicine, combined with his clinical findings of applied kinesiology, modern physics, mathematics, the energy dynamics of acupuncture, Advaita philosophy and yoga. Working with an international group of dedicated instructors and practitioners, the BodyTalk System™ is being consistently developed and refined making it one of most exciting health research projects in existence today.
Most of us enjoy being at the cutting edge of technology. Businesses are keen to keep us updated and sell us software and other groundbreaking innovations. We like sharing and talking about the latest purchase we have made. We update our hairstyles and change the appearance of our homes. We put a high value on what’s new and realize that when we bring the latest research into our lives we notice vast improvements. Those who experience BodyTalk sessions have learned to place an extremely high value on this innovation in healthcare. They immediately notice the enhanced general well being they feel.
That’s because BodyTalk helps your body discover its optimum balance. Better communication from the liver to the pancreas may mean your digestive system improves and you have more energy. Finding a new balance with the environment, a work place or family member, may mean you are able to go about your life in a more harmonious way. Balancing your body chemistry may mean fewer infections or allergies and a stronger immune system. This will turn into fewer life struggles or lost workdays and will instead provide more time to enjoy a good social life.
My goal as a BodyTalk practitioner is to help my clients stay at the cutting edge of energy medicine. They report their sessions are gentle, non-invasive, safe and effective. For some people the changes are experienced quickly. For others the body may have to do some homework before the full results are evident. For long-term problems, a further visit or two will be required to make the connections to greater well being and personal development.
When healthy functions are restored, regular tune-up visits help maintain communication, synchronisation and balance within the bodymind complex. We live in a time where communication technology is expanding and innovations come on the market with amazing regularity. There are internet cafιs springing up in most areas. People are talking on mobile phones or busy texting. Being connected is becoming a noticeable priority. My clients feel their bodies deserve even more attention than their electronic systems. What value would you put on improvements to your own communications systems?
