I offer Hypnotherapy for a wide range of issues including confidence, anxiety and weight management.  I maintain professional membership of The National Council for Hypnotherapy, The National Council of Psychotherapists and am an advanced practitioner member of The General Hypnotherapy Register.

Having started my career as a dentist working for the NHS I am very experienced in dealing with clients who are feeling stresses or anxious.

I help clients to find the resources to make choices which allow them to lead life free from wory and stress.

I also practice Reiki and combine this with Hypnotic relaxation in Hypno-Reiki.
