Counselling offers you the opportunity to be listened to and heard. Counselling can help you slow down and feel better about yourself.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore and understand personal difficulties both in the present and in the past, within a professional relationship of confidentiality, acceptance and respect.
Counselling provides a confidential and safe therapeutic space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. By doing so this can help you understand more clearly how to deal with the situation you might find yourself in.
Therapy is a collaborative process and is an opportunity for you to talk to another person who is completely non judgmental with the assurance of complete confidentiality.
Counselling is not about giving advice but about learning to become aware of what you think and feel helping you make more informed choices.
