"Namaste" is the Sanskrit word that equates to "I bow to the Divine within you, that is also with me" and that is the ethos of who we are and what we do here at Namaste Holistic Therapies. We recognise that each individual has the power and knowledge within themselves to heal their lives and become the person they want to be. At our Complementary Therapy Centre and shop in Epsom, Surrey, we do many things! We have a shop filled with Body, Mind & Spirit tools like crystals, books, aromatherapy essential oils and blends, singing bowls, temple-grade incense, gem and silver jewllery, books, Bush Flower essences, crystal essences, New Era and Homeopathy products, CDs, pendulums, ting sha and fossils. Our Complementary Therapy Centre offers a wide range of therapies from the usual ones like Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Ear Candling, Food and Allergy Testing, Homeopathy, Japanese Facials, Indian Head Massage, Colon Detox to the not so usual ones like Tarot or Medium Readings, Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Angelic Reiki, Palmistry to name but a few!We also teach a range of courses and workshops. We teach Meditation, Reiki 1,2,3, Dowsing, Palmistry, Tarot, Medium Development, Personal Development, Pilates, Yoga, Baby Massage, Sound Healing, Shamanic Drumming - again, to name but a few!We are always doing something new and exciting so please pop in a have a look around - the crystals and the incense make being in our shop like a healing treatment in itself!
