My goal is to help empower people to recognise and embrace their true potential. I offer some of the most effective and gentle ways of moving beyond limiting patterns. I offer face-to-face sessions in hypnotherapy, EFT and life coaching and phone sessions in EFT and life coaching. Then there's Metamorphic Technique, Quantum Touch, Reflexology, shiatsu and healing.
