I am a Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner working from Edinburgh and Perthisre in Scotland. I also offer Aura Diagnosis through personal aura readings and Reiki Healing.

Rebirthing Breathwork is a profound and effective process for healing and personal transformation. Rebirthing also promotes deep relaxation and bliss. Aura Diagnosis - a personal aura reading enables you to take any issue in your life and get the information you need currently to resolve it and bring healing. It brings a great deal of clarity, insight and understanding, enabling the freeing of deeply held patterns and allowing natural self expression to come forward. It can help with a whole range of issues, from the seemingly simple day to day questions, to emotional difficulties, relationship issues, physical illness and dealing with all manner of situations in your life.

Reiki Healing is widely practiced throughout the world and is a gentle and deeply relaxing form of hands on healing. Safe and effective, Reiki Healing is extremely calming, relieves stress and anxiety and restores a sense of natural well being. Reiki works on all levels of our being, easing physical symptoms and de-stressing. It will leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

Qualifications

As a Reiki Practitioner I was initially introduced to Reiki in 2003 and in 2005 was attuned to Reiki levels I and II. I then worked with Reiki on a regular basis for the next 5 years, finally becoming attuned at Masters Level in 2010. During this time I also completed the Aura Diagnosis trainings with Dr Helen Ford (see www.drhelenford.uk) in late 2009. As a Rebirther I was first certified as a Spiritual Coach and Transformational Breathwork practitioner with Sundoor International. I then trained extensively with Alekh Akandla of Australia who achieved accreditation status for Rebirthing Breathwork in Australia as part of the Australian National Qualifications authority. I am now currently in the final supervisory year of gaining a Diploma in Rebirthing Breathwork with the Avalon Institute of Rebirthing in the UK, due to be completed in 2011. This provides a qualification that meets the requirements of both the British Rebirthing Society and the International Breathwork Training Alliance. My Rebirthing practice is supervised by trainers from the Avalon Institute of Rebirthing.
