YogaYoga for Wellbeing
Yoga can make us feel healthier in every way
Yoga, practised with a focus on its' therapeutic qualities, helps us to improve our emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing & can help alleviate the symptoms of stress related illness, such as tension headaches, IBS & back pain. It is gentle, simple and suitable for beginners, consisting of strengthening physical exercises, breathing practices and techniques for relaxation and mindfulness. Enabling us to become more comfortable in our minds and bodies, feel more energetic and grounded and better able to cope with lifes difficulties. My training is with the British Wheel of Yoga and the Yoga Campus.
I hold general mixed ability classes in Launceston, which are welcoming and suitable for beginners, I also teach one to one for people who would like to focus on relaxation or address specific health issues.
