The Paloma Centre is a personal growth and therapy centre which provides an holistic approach to emotional healing and personal development, utilising aspects of psychodynamic, behavioural and person-centred therapies aligned with hypnotic, EFT and NLP techniques where appropriate.

 

The Paloma Centre is a regulated practice and therefore David is required to abide by a Code of Ethics set out by his professional Governing Body and is suitably insured for the practice. He is professionally trained and is committed to maintaining his professional expertise through a Continuous Professional Development programme. Additionally, he has regular and appropriate professional consultative support for his case load.

 

David has a particular interest in working with people living with Dementia and their family support groups. Recent research conducted by Dr Daniel Nightingale, Senior Dementia Consultant for Southern Cross Healthcare in conjunction with the Division of Clinical Psychology at Liverpool University has shown that hypno-psychotherapy can be effective in improving the quality of life for Alzheimer patients. David is one of just a handful of therapists trained by Dr Nightingale in these techniques. This training was conducted in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Society and the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

 

The Paloma Centre in Banbury is conveniently located close to both parking and shopping facilities. Easily accessible from Milton Keynes, Oxford, the M40 and A34, The Paloma Centre is also located within easy reach of London and the Midlands.
