I am Christine Sutton, an experienced and well qualified therapist and therapy trainer.
My background has been in medical research and then Chiropody/Podiatry before I became interested in a more holistic approach to healing.
My aim is to help my clients to deal with their problems(emotional and physical) and to help them to work towards a sunnier, more optimistic view of life so that they can live to their full potential. I work with Emotional Freedom Techniques, Reiki and Reflexology and can tailor combined treatments for the individual during each session.
I have worked successfully with a wide range of clients from all walks of life and with very varied problems including:
Fears and Phobias, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression,Food and behavioural addictions, Stuttering, Various aches and pains, The emotional and physical effects of MS and cancer diagnosis and treatment, Anger and rage issues, Relationship problems, Financial blocks, Self-esteem issues.....and lots more as well.
I also offer training from Beginner to Professional levels in EFT and Reiki. All of the training courses comply fully with the current UK guidelines for training and are certificated. The professional level courses are suitable for gaining professional insurance to practice.

Qualifications
Usui and Usui Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher. Registered with the UK Reiki Federation.
Qualified Reflexologist, registered with the British Reflexology Association.
Advanced Practitioner and level 3 Trainer in Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT. Registered with AAMET.Member of the GRCCT.
All of these professional affilitations require that I work to a strict Code of Ethics and Practice for therapy work and training.
